The phone number for the registration form

Asked by bluestartranscription on February 17, 2011 at 11:19 AM

I created a registration form. I am testing it out on my website. On the phone number section it has 1_30_Registration in the area code box and I was wondering why and how to fix this. Also, I created a Thank you page to show up after they register. Well, the thank you page goes to your website. Is there a way I can keep it on my website for convenience for my clients?

    Hi there,

That is a strange error alright.  I see that it only occurs on your own site.  ie if you load the form itself then it the field is clear:

I looked at the source of your page and you have a link for registration which includes that string "1_30_Registration", so I would guess that there is some unclosed tag in the code on your own page.  Some WYSIWYG editor like dreamweaver would catch that for you, otherwise it's a matter of going through the source to find it I'm afraid.  It's probably faster to just grab the embed code from JotForm again and paste it into your template.

Regarding your thank you page; open your form in the form builder and click on the Thank you button.  There is an option to set a custom URL to show your users after they submit your form.

    Thanks,

    Daniel
