Need help locating a form

Good morning,

I just went into my account to test the Clone form function and it seems to have deleted my original form that I was trying to clone. I can no longer see that form in my account or any of its submissions - I REALLY need that form and the submissions back, it didn't say anywhere in the documentation that cloning a form would delete the original, is there any way you can restore my form, please?

Cloning your own form should never delete the original. The same applies to any forms cloned (whether it's yours or belongs to others) since cloning only copies the original.
