I work for a non-profit organization. A friend helped me set up a JotForm account, and we have already created the form we want to use. I now realize I need to upgrade to allow for more submissions and no branding; I also realize that if we had registered as a non-profit, we might be able to upgrade for less cost. Rather than starting from scratch, can you give my current account non-profit status?? If not, can I transfer my existing, created Form to the new non-profit account?

You can upgrade your existing account to non-profit. However, please take note that we have an approval process for the non-profit discount. Please go to this page (https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing) and follow the instructions.
We'll review your application and upon approval, you will receive an email with the instructions on how to proceed.
