Signatures not showing in submissions PDF

I have forms that use the signature option (forms that are shared with me "Consent Release form" and "Application Form"). The user completed forms show signatures on the back end of my account submission area, but upon download (pdf) and the completed form attachment to the recipient, the signatures do not show. 

Please let me know if you can assist.

I cloned your form and tested a submission. However, I can't seem  to replicate the issue with the signature not found in the pdf.

Have you tried adding a PDF link in your email notification email content, so that you don't have to go to your submissions to download as PDF.

Can you confirm if the issue still remains? Thank you.
