Limit Number of spots for appointments

I have a form with 2 different times.

I want to limit the number of booking to EACH of the times I have available.

A. 6:30am - Limit to 5

B. 7:30pm - Limite to 5

How can I set that up?

I look at the Inventory widget but it does only for the Overall form.

You can limit the number of items/tickets/slots available on your form by using our widgets, such as our Inventory widget:

Thanks but how do I use a limit option as a Single Choice - this is how my options are.

The widgets you recommended only use Tick Box.

The Gift Registry widget allows for limiting the number of selections possible:

Set this to 1 and it will work the same as a single choice field.
