Emails: Not receiving

    Our Contact us form is set to go to different people depending on what is selected under contact reason. I am not seeing anything hit our spam filter, and it appears it is just not being sent to the email for the condition chosen.

    I just did a test submission and can see the email was sent out:

    Also you can see there was two other submissions today that were sent out.

    Now if you checked your spam/trash folders and there is nothing there, its possible your email provider is blocking incoming mail from JotForm.

    In this case there is two possible solutions:

    #1. Setup SMTP to send your mail

    I see the test in jotform, but it is not coming through to me. I have also white-listed everything as a precaution.

    I just sent another submission. Please check again.

    If its not coming through please consider setting up SMTP to send your email. That way email will be delivered by your email provider instead of JotForm. So you will bypass anything blocking us.
