Why are my forms over quota?

    RE form at https://form.jotform.com/80724860584160

    This was working fine but now it says FORM OVER QUOTA

    What do I have to do to keep this working?

    I need to fix ASAP (of course)

    You need to create an account since the forms were created under a guest, you have actually reached the guest account submissions limit, creating a free account at least should help you to get  the forms active and keep receiving submissions too. 

    You  must use the same address you used on your guest account so the forms are automatically related to the newly created JotForm account.
