Embedded form: Please wait...

Good morning, everytime I test the survey to see how the submissions come through the submit button just continues to say "please wait" and never goes through. We have confirmed/activated our account so not sure why it is not working. Can you please look in to this for us?

This means the problem is isolated to your embedded form. Its quite common that scripts on your webpage can conflict with your form. The solution is to embed your form using the iframe embed method:
