I just received a message that my account was downgraded and I'm not sure why. Please help!

Your account has been downgraded because it looks like you have had two ongoing subscriptions (Premium and Silver). It looks like the Silver subscription has failed to charge so your account was downgraded to FREE.
I have manually upgraded your account back to the old Premium plan. The next billing date for your account is March 26th, 2018.
