I can no longer find my form that I have been using for my Market? Did I lose all of my applications? If so, I need to get them back!!!! HELP!!!
There is lots of important information on those that I need??

Can you provide us with the form URL or the website URL where the form is embedded?
Or if you prefer you can provide us with your account username.

Here is the link that the customers were using for the form....

I checked your account and it seems it is a guest account but unfortunately, I cannot find the forms in your account.
After further investigation, When I checked the mail logs for email@example.com ,I have traced the form to a dormant guest account.
The Form ID is 80225231389252.
May I suggest creating an account, it is free and you can track your forms better with an account.
Then you can request to transfer your form to your account.
