Hi,
I have a form that I will be emailing out on receipt of an order. Is there a way that I can link a response to an original email - for example a reference I would put into the email or add into the form url that would then be incorporated in the submission? I need to make sure that I know exactly to which order the submission relates.
I'm sorry if this has been answered elsewhere, I couldn't find quite what I was looking for in the FAQs/Guide.
Thank you,
Rachel

It is possible to populate fields using URL parameters:
https://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters
You could have a field in the form for your identifier and populate the field via the URL. There is a link to an app in the above guide that will create the links for you.
