How do I add a deposit to a transaction??

We are using jotforms to create an order form for a limited release of a bottled item. Ideally a bottle deposit for the number of bottles ordered (1 bottle or 2 bottles are the options, we need to charge a 0.15 cent deposit per bottle) would appear after sub-total and the tax, and would then be added in to the total (so people would not have to pay tax on their bottle deposit). Is this possible?

Unfortunately its not possible to add this on you payment field, however we have a workaround we can use.

Since the Payment field does not allow any additional deduction apart form tax and Shipping, we will use shipping as a workaround to achieving this. Shipping is not taxed and only challenge with shipping is the cost can not be calculated ans a % but rather as an amount value.

I have created a sample form where I have manually calculated shipping cost as 0.15% of $25.00 and this total is added to the net cost of item.

Kindly feel free to clone and use the form.
