Unable to login after changing my username.

    I just put in a request to change the username from brandymonnens to LoveABull. However, it looks like I can no longer access my jotform account. The password is no longer working.

    I need to confirm that the username was changed and I need the password.

    I can confirm that LoveABull (accounting@love-a-bull.org) is the new username. If login or password is not working, kindly go to Jotform.com and click on Login > Forgot password?


    Let us know if you are not able to receive any forgot password email from Jotform.
