Is it possible to transfer the forms and data of all other accounts into a main account?

Hello,

I have a number of free Jotform accounts and one paid account.  I would like to merge them all into one account please.  Before I do that however I want to be sure that it will have no impact on my forms or the data.  I am actively collecting information on a number of the forms.

Can you confirm there will be no interruption to my site and no impact to my data or my forms please?

If so I would like to please merge the following: Bob_G (rwgrady@gmail.com) with FFPool (Frozen4Pool@gmail.com) and OHSOPGRAD (ohsopgrad@gmail.com).  Currently I am on a Bronze plan for OHSOPGRAD, and I would like to continue with a Bronze plan, however I would like the new MASTER account to be the Bob_G (rwgrady@gmail.com).

Is all of this possible please?

And here are the limits of an account that is on a Bronze plan:

Clearly, there will be no issues if we will merge all the forms and data of all the three accounts into one account that is in the Bronze plan. You just need to update any active Custom URL if there are any — How-to-create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-form

As for making the Bob_G account to be the one that will have Bronze Monthly plan, I would like to apologize for it is not possible to transfer subscriptions from one account to another. Also, the Bronze Monthly subscription of the OHSOPGRAD account was processed through PayPal, therefore, updating its username to become Bob_G (after changing the username of the original Bob_G account), is not an option.

Here's what I suggest you do:

1. Cancel OHSOPGRAD account subscription in your PayPal account — How-can-I-cancel-my-PayPal-subscription

The subscription will be canceled at the end of its current billing cycle when you do that. In that account's case, it will be on April 8, 2018.

2. After that, upgrade the Bob_G account to the same plan — Bronze Monthly — How-to-upgrade-my-account

3. Request to transfer all the forms and data from OHSOPGRAD and FFPool accounts to the Bob_G account.

I have cancelled my Bronze plan for OHSOPGRAD, can you please transfer that account and those forms to Bob_G?  Bob_G will remain as a free plan for now.

I added a Bronze Plan to FFPool since that is where the activity is right now. 

After I get through the current project that is keeping that account busy I may add a plan to Bob_G and move FFPool there, but for now I will keep FFPool separate.

Will I be notified when OHSOPGRAD is moved to Bob_G please?
