    Hi Chelsea,

I've just logged into your account and I see that form ID 10180457547 is listed there.  It's name hasn't been changed yet so it's still called "Click to edit this text...".

The script tag source is slightly different to the full document, so if you want to go directly to it use this address. (ie form instead of jsform)

    http://www.jotform.com/form/10180457547

As far as I can tell it is working correctly, but do please get back to us if it's a different form.

    Thanks,

    Daniel.

    Hi Daniel,

Thank you so much for getting back to me.

I followed the link you gave me, but it gives me the form rather than something I can edit...

I need to edit the form, so am looking for it in the initial user-friendly editing format I created it in. Is there a way you can tell me how to find it there?

Another person (aytekin) said they saw it in my account, and advised me to click on ALL in MY ACCOUNTS, but I still don’t see it.

Thank you so much for your help!

    Sincerecly,

    chelsea
