Am I able to create a form that requests multiple electronic signatures

I would like to create a form that allows users to fill it out, then send to multiple people for electronic signatures before it is submitted to a "final" person. I attached a flow chart to help illustrate what I mean.

The signatures can either be obtained in a sequential order or simultaneously, whichever is easiest.

Do I have options with jot form that would allow me to do what I am requesting?

In the end, it is important to have multiple electronic signatures on one document, instead of multiple duplicate documents with one signature on each one.
