I DO NOT want to be recharged!!! I will take legal action. My wife and I have tried contacting this company multiple times for the past 2 weeks. NO RESPONSE from you guys. We DO NOT want to be recharged for out Jotform account. Our old email was BryanRoss@BryanRossProductions.com, it is closed. Our new email is email@example.com... We want confirmation that we will NOT be charged again... I enjoyed using your company but have HATED and DO NOT appreciate the experience of trying to NOT re-new our account...

In fact I have cancelled your subscription (as per your request) and your account is scheduled to downgrade as of the 29th of the month.
