User selection summary to show user what was selected for purchase.

Thanks for the previous answers.  It's moving along.

My next question is I want to summarize the single choice options in my payment text description area of what a user selected to show what they are purchasing.  So, I have 3 selections under medium sized company, 2 agents, 3 agents and 5 agents.  I want to summarize and show the user which of those they selected.  How can I do this?

When using the old form layout, you can allow users to see a preview of their submitted data before actually submitting the form.  This can be done using a preview before submit widget:

For the new form layout, there is an option under the form settings tab to allow for reviewing submission data before submitting the form:

The option is near the bottom of the "Show More" section so you might need to scroll down a bit to access it.
