    Can you tell me why the form doesn't work in the mobile version of my web site.

    perfect displayed in the desk modality but nothing in the mobile.

    You have configured to disable or hide the form element on small and medium screen devices. Here's a screenshot of your web elements showing it is currently hidden:

    My colleague provided the link above on how you can install widget to Jimdo. Make sure to not hide the form element as what is shown in the screenshot above.
