Is it possible to know who has submitted my form?

We would like to use jotform for our annual Head of School Performance Evaluation and will be sending the questionnaire to around 15 people. Understanding the need for confidentiality, how will I know if someone hasn't completed the survey so that I can prompt them?  This is a board that needs prompting! Also, will the answers be compiled into one document? And, if so, how long will we have access to that data?

    Thank you

It's possible to know the IP and region where they opened the link and if there was a response, the form analytics will help you doing so: https://www.jotform.com/help/425-Understanding-Form-Analytics-and-Ways-on-How-to-Get-Your-User-s-Info

This is the only way that we have to track this data, unfortunately, there is not a way to accurately know who received the form's link and say if they have submitted or not, if you have their emails list you can ask them for their email and compare the list you have with the list of emails on the submissions page.

This guide will help you viewing your submissions: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions

    I hope this helps.
