I have tried several times to test the e-mails and I am not receiving them. I have checked my account credentials several times and everything seems to be in order.
Would you please take a look at my account and inform me if there is something I'm doing wrong?

I've checked your setup and everything seems to be in order. There is a test that JotForm developers carry out (as can be seen in this thread) which I presently don't have the tools to do. However, in the interim, I will both email you and send you a test submission via your form. (Check your inbox for messages from Wayne Phillips.)
EDIT: Okay, I sent you those messages (at approximately 8:23 PM Barbados Time or 12:23 AM GMT) Let me know which of them you received. I used your CMS Class Registration form. One thing I noticed was that the "Thank You" page took an inordinately long time to load after the submission was made. I don't know if that's connected to the problem or if the servers just happened to be slow at the time.
