The condition based auto reply does not work

I have a form for booking seats for certain dates at a restaurant.

I created a rule/condition where all bookings related to dates BEFORE 20th of Sept, but AFTER 25th of April.

If BOTH those conditions apply, a certain auto-reply should be sent to the submitter of the form.

    This is NOT working. Why?

And for those of you who are not fluent in Swedish:

    "OM" means "IF"
    "EFTER means "AFTER"
    "INNAN" means "BEFORE"
    "ALLA" means "ALL"

If I understood your concern correctly, you would like to send Off-Season Answer autoresponder if the booking date is between 25th of April- 20th of September. On the other hand, you would like to send another autoresponder email if the date for example before 25th of April or after 20th of September.

As I checked your form, you have set a condition to sent Off-Season Answer autoresponder if the booking date is between 25th of April- 20th of September. However, you have not set any condition for the other autoresponder, therefore, the other autoresponder will be sent to the user in every condition.

I recommend you to set a condition for the other responder similar like this:

(sent Auto Response to {email} if the Desired dining date is before 25th of April OR after 20th of September)

    I hope it helps.
