I've been testing the Jotform Daily Digest App but form reason they don't seem to work. I've sent a couple of test emails to two different email addresses but neither of them have come through. I also set up a daily test report to be sent every day at 10am but that hasn't come through either.
I remember testing the app a couple of weeks ago and the test email arrived in my inbox ok. Any chance you can help troubleshoot this?

I just tested the app and i could not find the email but on checking my spam folder I was able to see the test digest. Would you kindly test digest and check you spam/junk folder as email may have been filtered to junk/spam folders.

Thanks Trevon. I just tested again, with two different email addresses. Neither of them arrived in the inbox or in the spam folder... any ideas?
One of the email addresses I used is a coporate one and I added @digest.jotform.io to the whitelisted senders list on the Exchange server so there is no reason why it should get blocked. The other address is a coporoate gmail address, nothing in the spam folder either.

I have tested this and I was able to replicate the issue. There might be a delay but I did not receive the Test email. I will have to wait until next day for the daily digest email.
This issue will be forwarded to our developers and we will let you know when there is an update.
