Hi
I have created a form which once submitted will send me a PDF to my email. I would like to add an image to the form which i would like to be hidden from view but will be visible in the pdf document i receive containing the data. Is this possible?
Thank you.

It seems like you were able to do it, as per another thread you have opened the only issue you're facing is that the image does not show on the PDF document: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1422759-
I would recommend you to enable the show headers and texts option on your PDF report, this will add the static text and images, you may then remove the unwanted content.
https://www.jotform.com/help/305-How-to-Show-Headers-and-Text-in-the-PDF
You may also remove the image from your form and add it directly to the PDF report, this guide will help you customizing your PDF report: https://www.jotform.com/help/384-How-to-Customize-PDF-Submissions-Report
I hope this helps.

The image will not be automatically added to the email template, you will need to manually add it, this guide will help you editing your email template: https://www.jotform.com/help/430-How-to-Edit-the-Email-Template-for-Notifications-and-Autoresponders
I hope this helps.

OK, i think i am probably really confusing the situation.
I have added an image to the form which i have created. I have followed your instructions:
"enable the show headers and texts option on your PDF report, this will add the static text and images, you may then remove the unwanted content."
But i have just done a couple of test emails and the PDF report i recieve in the email does not contain the image? I am really struggling to understand this now.
Thanks

May you please share us the form where this issue happens?
Also, I have reviewed some of your forms and I cannot find the image on the PDF report, but e will further test this on our end and see why the image is not being included.
We will wait for your response.

Thank you for the form, I have checked the PDF report layout and the image is not there; however, it displays properly on the submissions page so it should be showing up on the PDF report too.
I would recommend you to try resetting the PDF report, this way you have the default settings and content.
While on the submissions page click on the PDF button and the Download PDF option:
Once there, click on the reset button:
Please let us know if the issue persists.
