I've been reading the posts on submission limits.

I saw two posts that made me unclear. I apoloigize if this is a redundant

    1. can you clarify, what happens once you exceed 100 submissions, if you still want to be on the free version. - Does your account disable til the first of the next month or does it disable permanently?

    2. Once you enter the 2nd month- can you still have access to the 1st months submissions?

    Thank you

When you get the 101th submission you will receive an email that says your account is scheduled to be disabled on the next business day noon EST. For example, if you are over limit on a Friday, your account will be disabled on Monday noon. If you do not want your forms to be interrupted you can upgrade your account during this time.

    2. Once you enter the 2nd month- can you still have access to the 1st months submissions?

Yes, certainly. They will always be available on Submissions page unless you delete them.

    ok thanks

heres a follow up question- i apologize if its redundant.

If i choose not to upgrade, and do not have any new submissions till the beginning of the next month - at the beginning of the next month i get another 100 submissions?

    thank you

    Thanks for a great service!

Exactly. Your monthly counts are reset 1st day of every month.
