    Upon review of your account it was found form:

    http://www.myjotform.com/form/80724443119555 was collecting on SA IDs using an upload button.

    We have to advise you that even though our tools are SSL compliant, this specific button is not yet designed for encryption of digital information. Meaning your data would not be protected and that of your customers in case of a security breach.

    If you need to collect on ID#s you can collect just the numbers with the appropriate signature and agreements widget:


    1. Add Terms of Use widget (for your users to read and agree). This will surely make your forms not to be considered as guilty of phishing activities


     2. Add a Signature widget where your users sign and agree to provide such sensitive information.


    We have reactivated your account and your form is available for you to work on it.
