Our customers are consistently telling us that they cannot fill our our forms on a cell phone......when they go to make payment the have to start over or are kicked out.
Do you have any other updated widgets that are more mobil friendly for our customers

All our forms should mobile friendly. However, if there is an issue with your form on mobile devices, please try to add Mobile Responsive widget to your form to see if that will resolve the issue.
If the issue still persists provide us the link of the form, so that we can test it. If the form is embedded provide us the webpage URL. Also, tell us on which mobile devices are your users having this issue.
