Hi - I have created the following report:

This covers just 34 replies to my survey. The totals in the breakdown shows 68 - double the number of responses.

    Am I doiung something wrong.

Your help as always is much appreciated

    Hello Simon,

That pie chart in your report covers the two rows in your "Prof Kevin Kerr - Pseudomonads in Hospital Water Systems: so important or so what?" matrix -  "Content" and "Presenter".

That is the reason why it shows a total that is double the number of form respondent.

As far as I know, matrix table rows cannot be tallied separately in a visual report. You will have to separate them in two matrix tables to properly create a report out of them.

Thanks for your quick reply. How do I seperate into two matrix tables?

Sorry for not making it clear. "Separating" them would require deleting the matrix table and creating new ones, which will invalidate the data that was already accumulated.

If you intend to use the Visual Report only for data-gathering purposes, using Excel functions can give you the results you need.

    Below is an example:

Prof Kevin Kerr - Pseudomonads in Hospit... >> Content

    Average 1
    Good 13
    Poor 1
    Very Good 19
    Total Result 34

On the other hand, perhaps the visual report feature needs to be adjusted to accommodate matrix tables. I will go ahead and forward a ticket to have the visual report improved.

Although we can't give a specific time for implementation, we will surely inform you in case of a positive news.
