DocuSign Widget showing "Something's Wrong.." error?

    I've seen several posts regarding this issue. Has it been resolved? I continue to get the "Something's Wrong" alert when trying to test the live form. I have authenticated my account and re-authenticated. Removed, re-added, etc. Thanks.

    I have cloned and tested your form and I could replicate the error showing "Missing Token" however I was able to fix the problem by removing the widget, clearing form cache and setting the widget again.

    I have cleared your form cache kindly try removing the widget and adding it again on your form.
