We are concerned with the issue of disappearing data. All forms completed last year this time have "0 submissions". We recently organized our forms into files by semester and year. We have found that all the files from last year have no submission, which was not the case when we organized them.
Does the data collected go away after a period of time? How do we stop this from happening?

If your account was a Free account as some point it would have been over the Free accounts limits for submission storage. Any submissions in excess of the most recent 500 would have been hidden. When the account was upgraded, those submissions should have been restored automatically, but it seems they were not. I restored the submissions and they should be available once again.
