How can I make an editable table/chart?

    Is there a way to have patients fill in the cells of this chart?

    I have checked your form from a clone version and I noticed that you have already used the Multiple Text Fields widget to represent the table in the screenshot you shared.

    Another widget that you can use is the Matrix Dynamique widget.
