Is it possible to have multiple recipients for email notifications?

Hello,

Is it possible (maybe with an upgrade) that multiple recipients are able to receive a confirmation of a form submission?

We want our college clubs to be able to use a form to reactivate their club standing each semester and ideally a copy of that submission would go to myself, the club member who completed the form and the club advisor who oversees the club activity.

Yes, it's possible to add multiple recipients on the email notifications, this guide will help you doing so: https://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients 

However, this feature is available only on paid plans so you would need to upgrade in order to achieve this.
