Having trouble finding on Google Search?

    How can I make it easy for my form to be searched on google without people needing the specific URL?

    Once you embed a form to your website, it will be possible to be searched and would be available online to be indexed by Google or any other search engines. 

    It takes some time for Google to index the actual page.
