I have checked your webpage on a Firefox browser and see that answers review page is not scrolling on the browser. However, the web page is working normally on Google Chrome. It also works when the form is opened using the direct URL on Firefox and Chrome browsers. It looks like the issue occurs only when embedded on the webpage. I notice that you are using Wix website builder for your website and using iframe embed code. Could you try embedding the form using the direct URL and see how it goes?
Thanks!

The direct url works fine but then acts like a new page, I will hv to
design the entire form to look like part of the website.

As per the guide below the best method to embed on your website would be by using the method described in the thread below.

Kindly note you may need to make some adjustments like adjusting the size/height of the element to avoid cut off.
