    form data is being cleared when I try to edit submissions

    When one of the assistant principals on our school's account goes in to edit submissions of student disciplinary referrals to indicate what consequences she gave the student, all of the data (name, description of indicent, name of person reporting the incident) is cleared from the fields in which it was entered.  This is happening with only one of the three people who are using the form.

    How exactly was the form data edited and what is the browser used during the edit? Did they log in to your account to edit the form submission, or were they using an edit link?

    If edited through the submission page, were the fields cleared upon clicking the "Edit" button?

    We hope you can supply us with more information regarding this problem so we can try to reproduce them on our end. We will need to know what exactly the cause of the issue is so we can act accordingly as soon as possible.

    We are using Internet Explorer.  The user went into submissions by clicking the "in box" icon at the "My forms" page and used the left/right arrows to navigate from one submission to the next.  When they arrived at the submission the needed to edit, they clicked the edit button and all of the data entered disappeared.  If they clicked the cancel edit button, it reappeared.  We have one account here at our school with multiple users that access the account and the various forms we have developed in it.

    Sadly, I was unable to reproduce this issue on my end using Internet Explorer 8. The values are there when I try to edit the form.

    Kindly do the following then let me know if it helps or not.

    1.  Log out your JotForm account
    2.  Clear your browser's cache
    3.  Restart the browser
    4.  Log back in

    Afterwards, try to edit a submission. Please keep us updated on your results.

    That did not work.  In fact, now the problem, which was affecting one form and a user other than myself, is now affecting me too.  In fact, the problem is occurring with all of our forms when we go to edit them, not just the one I originally contacted you about.  Now, whenever we try to edit ANY form submission, the original data is erased and a new submission is created.  This problem renders Jotform almost useless to us in the way we are using it, so your help in fixing the problem is appreciated!!!!
