Yes you can delete the 2 fields that got my account suspended. Please reactivate my account.

We have now deleted the guilty fields on the form and activated your account. You should be now able to login to your account without any issue. Please refrain from adding fields to collect any sensitive information to avoid any further suspension on your account.
