How can i get text to be part of submission when form is completed?

First, what an amazing program.  Thank you!

We would like to use for waivers and will need all of the wording to be submitted and saved (not just the responses) in order to protect ourselves.

How can I do this?

Also, I am unsure how to let a person complete on a tablet, submit and pass to another person to complete.

You mean as to send a reminder to the submitter that he/she needs to complete the form?

Unfortunately, we don't have that option. We can only send Autoresponder later (at specified delay):

So you could create a separate Autoresponder that will be sent at a later time.
