Billing: Upgrade subscription to silver monthly

    I have tried repeatedly to upgrade my account from bronze to silver.  I have tried using different credit cards, tried using different computers, but when I hit 'upgrade' or 'submit' it simply says "Loading" and doesn't move on to actually load!  Can you advise?
