Notification email after submission is not being sent or received.

    We created a form for people to apply for a job.

    Once someone submits the form they receive a notification email but we do not. It was working but for some reason stopped working and we can't figure out why.

    We've changed the receiving address a few times and still are not getting the notification email.

    I have checked the email address set to receive the email notification every time the form on the website you shared with us is sent and it is not on our bounce list.

    I have checked your account and see that you have set up SMTP and set it as the sender email of the email notification in your form. This means that the email notification is being sent from the email address in your SMTP and it is no longer coming from JotForm.

    I would suggest that you check the issue with your email service provider.
