When I attempt to generate the pdf version of the form. I get a message that I need to check the forms status. The form is live and accepting submissions. I was able to generate one copy, but I made changes that need to be updated.

I can see that you have three forms on your account. I have created the PDF version for all of them and you can download them from the following link.
