    Auto Resize

Asked by holly_rose on February 17, 2011 at 10:56 PM

    Hello,

I have made my forms and embedded them in my site. When you zoom in or out in the web browser the page zooms but the form does not. See the attached screen dump at 150% zoom. Or go to the web page (homepage link attached) and click on Send a Call. I have 3 forms. The form moves. Is there a way I can fix this?

The website builder (Wix.com) suggests we use another form builder and gives these instructions -

"In your code, replace the row 'autoResize':true, with 'autoResize':false, . Make sure you have single comma at
        the end"

I assume this fixes the problem with other form builders??? But I cant do it in Jotform because I dont get the HTML code. How can I fix it?

    Thanks, Holly.

PS. you guys should team up with Wix. Their current form builder isnt as good as jotform.

Can you try using the IFrame code? That does not auto re-size itself so it should work better.

Here is how you can get it. Open your form on the Form Builder:
    1. Open "Setup & Share" tab on toolbar,
    2. Click on "Embed Form"
    3. Click on "iFrame".
