We're having a little bit of an issue integrating a form on our site, http://tandem.shop
The goal is to have a form on one of these pages. Once the form is submitted, the web page should refresh.
Attempt 1: It seems the default from JotForm is to use an iFrame. When trying to detect that the form in the embedded frame is submitted using .contents().find(); CORS blocks the attempt.
Therefore it isn't possible to refresh the parent page.
The Wordpress plugins also work based on iFrames.
Attempt 2: We also tried to insert the raw form code from Jotform, but the Captcha does not load, so the form can't be completed. Example here: http://tandem.shop/booth/
Please advise, thanks!Page URL:

I think you may use your own iFrame code so you can handle the permissions, then use just the Form URL to load within the iFrame section: https://www.jotform.com/help/401-Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL
Now, if iFrames are blocked, then the only other way to embed the form would be using the source code as you already tested, if there are certain functionalities not working then there may be a conflict between the form and the page codes, there should be an error on the console that should help to know what is causing the issue, this guide will help you getting the console report: https://www.jotform.com/help/453-How-to-get-a-console-report-from-most-common-browsers
You may also use this: https://api.jquery.com/jquery.noconflict/
I hope this helps.
