Hi our company has had an account for a long time. with the username anthonymajestic,
I think someone got into our acccount, or we changed the password and forgot. the account was originally setup by an old employee who has not been with us for a while. forms on our site and our clients are attached to the account. What can we do to get access back?

Unfortunately, the only way to get the access back is to reset the password of that account.
I can see that the account anthonymajestic is associated with email firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do have an access to that email, please try resetting the password as shonw at the following guide:
