Hi, we have submissions that have been saved and at the last step, they are stuck. Instead of getting the next or submit button, they get please wait...

The specific pending submission i am referring to is at https://form.jotform.com/80517139395159?session=jf-s4l-9977&stoken=JF-7334-43

Can you try deleting the incomplete submission? And ask your client to do a new submission?

To delete the submission, go to your submissions page. Then up the top you will see "Incomplete Submissions". Search for your users session and delete it.

    For example:

ok, now using this ticket as requested however, the two tickets were separate issues. In any event, still not working. There is no "details" or "complete submission" buttons, just a "delete". see attached screenshots. Maybe its a setting issues?

Since the submission is incomplete and stored in a session, it allows only to delete the existing session. Unfortunately, it is not possible to complete a submission from the submission view. May we try submitting the pending form submission https://form.jotform.com/80517139395159?session=jf-s4l-9977&stoken=JF-7334-43 in your account for the form?

We will wait for your response. Thank you!

No please don't try to submit it right now. I've already successfully created a new one. My original question (on the other ticket) was how do i see who the pending submissions belong to?

So I assume the main question is resolved?

To access the incomplete submission, just copy the session value and append it to your form.

    Example:

    https://form.jotform.com/80517139395159?session=JF-S4L-4149

Where JF-S4L-4149 is the session you see in the incomplete submissions.

So when you access the incomplete submission URL, you should see the user's data prepopulated to the form.
