    Can I allow my survey participants to email a completed copy of the survey to themselves?

    As far as I understood your question, I suppose that attaching a pdf copy of submission to Autoresponder email could meet your needs. 

    To enable this option please go to your form's Settings > edit your Autoresponder email(pencil button) > enable the PDF Attachment option:
