Need help with email conditionality

    Below are my email settings

    I created conditionality below so that if those 3 questions are either YES then it will send the Notification of Complete Email AND the Autoresponder Complete email. Not sure why the emails were not received when I was testing the form. This is the link to the user's form https://www.jotform.com/edit/3976482522139531545

    ccchan@cnmc.org should have received the Autoresponder Complete email but instead received the Autoresponder 1 email. The autoresponder 1 email should have not been sent because the settings on the form is SEND ON EDIT = OFF. Autorespnder 1 email should only be sent on initial submission of the form.

    nursingcap@childrensnational.org should also have received the Notification of Complete email but it did not go through. Nothing is received.

    Let me clarify one quick question please. 

    Are you saying that emails are not sent correctly when the submission is edited only? Or they are not sent properly on an initial submission too?

    Please note that if you want to send any email on submission edit, the option "Send On Edit" must be enabled, but I can see all your Notification/Autoresponder emails have this option set to "No".

    Hi Victoria,

    What I meant is that I am not getting the correct email when the form is identified complete.

    Both the user submitting should get an email and also the nursingcap@childrensnational.org should get an email when Form is completed.

    Hello Clarissa,

    While checking the form you shared, I've noticed that some of your conditional statements are set to send email to {cnmcEmail}, but when I checked the unique ID for CNMC Email, it is {cnmcEmail3}:

    Can you kindly check your conditional statements 11 and 53?

    I have corrected the cnmcemail to cnmcemail3 but still did not receive the autoresponder complete email nor the notification of complete email

    On regards of Autoresponder 1 of your form(80516314944153):

    "The autoresponder 1 email should have not been sent because the settings on the form is SEND ON EDIT = OFF."

    That was sent, because it is set to be sent by default, and also the "Send on edit" option is ON:

    On regards of Notification of Complete not being received:

    "nursingcap@childrensnational.org should also have received the Notification of Complete email but it did not go through. Nothing is received."

    That was not received, because the notification was not triggered. The reason of the notification not being triggered is the "Send on edit" advanced option, which is turn off:

    Did you submit a new form after you did the change? Please note that the submission that was already processed before making the adjustment I pointed out, will not trigger the notifications. You need to do a new submission to test with.
