Single choice doesn't reset value when another choice is chosen

I don't know how to describe this issue but here how I get stuck:

On my form, when I "striped" in "cover design", then I choose a value in "select stripe design, it shows a photo.

However, when I go back and choose "no striped" in "cover design", the old photo is still there. When I choose a value in "select cameo design", it shows both photo.

I don't know what I do wrong here.
