I would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I have checked the email address you used in opening this thread, however, I have not found any account associated with it.
Perhaps you are referring to another account.
If you have created a form and you have the link/URL, please share it with us. We can use that to search your account.

Please accept my apologies. What I meant above was, "I have not found any REGISTERED account associated with your email address". Only a Guest Account.

As already addressed by our colleague on your other thread, the guest account has been deleted.
