I want to delete my account

pls delete my account...i cant even login....account linked to my email mentioned above....

Perhaps you are referring to another account.

If you have created a form and you have the link/URL, please share it with us. We can use that to search your account.

 Please accept my apologies. What I meant above was, "I have not found any REGISTERED account associated with your email address". Only a Guest Account.
