When trying to integrate my form submissions to a 3rd party (like Google Sheets, Google Drive, or Dropbox) I can't get past the screen shown in the attached screenshot. Any advice on what I might be doing wrong?

I'm also using Google Chrome but on Windows 10 and I was not able to reproduce the issue you are having.
Can you try to check if any of the following will help you resolve the issue you are experiencing, please?
1. Check if the version of your browser is up to date.
2. Clear your browser's cache — http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/
3. Use a different browser.
