Hi I have an online application form, and I have an open form (form is set up on the double form to allow for returning edits).
Essentially they had two sessions open of the same form and they saved over their real answer with the non-complete answer. Is there any way to recover the data?
Does Jotform log every time data is stored in a field or does it overwrite each time?Page URL:

JotForm does not save session data on a database, but rather on volatile temporary files. Also, we do not keep a log of session data changes. It overwrites each time data is modified.
I hate to say this but there is no way to restore overwritten session data.
We're sorry for your inconvenience.

Thanks for your response. No problem, I totally understand this, it comes down to end-users not using the forms properly.
